You may not copy, resell, or distribute our Services without written permission.

You retain ownership of your business data and customer information that you input into our platform.

RepSavvy provides tools to help generate and manage online reviews but does not guarantee specific outcomes (such as a certain number of reviews, star ratings, or customer engagement).

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RepSavvy shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Services.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Services in the past three (3) months.
